After 2 weeks of purchasing a certified pre-owned Audi Q7 many issues came with the car, nobody was helping I was frustrated with the service. I purchased an A4 on 12/10/21 and felt the experience was uninspiring. The financial matters were fair enough, but I didn't feel that my business was appreciated. I had to ask four times for my sales documen uninspiring. The financial matters were fair enough, but I didn't feel that my business was appreciated. I had to ask four times for my sales documents to be emailed, and they are still incomplete. The sales person was pleasant enough but I had to ask him for his business card! Upon leaving I didn't get the "call me if there's anything I can do to assist with your new Audi" talk. When I returned the next day to deliver my title for my trade-in, I asked for some documentation acknowledging its receipt by the dealership. The suggestion was to take a "photo of the salesperson holding the title" as proof. I found that quite odd. The dealership has been recently purchased and something does not seem right about the atmosphere. In summary, it was a lukewarm experience and I am still waiting for a digital copy of my purchase and sale agreement. More
