Easy in and out. I needed an oil change and inspection. Raphael got me in and out quickly, as promised. Instead of just taking my money Rafael explained how full synthetic oil last longer than regular oil and wanted it to know if I had another concern that had me bringing the vehicle in early. I knew this already, but it is my preference to get the first oil changed more quickly than recommended. I appreciated that Rafael didn’t want me to spend money on something that might not be necessary or that I didn’t understand. Also they got me in and out much quicker than I anticipated. Great service! More

Great experience! Tried the Mopar Express Lane here yesterday and it was awesome. Needed a quick oil change for my Grand Cherokee and I was in and out. Just pulled up a Tried the Mopar Express Lane here yesterday and it was awesome. Needed a quick oil change for my Grand Cherokee and I was in and out. Excellent Customer Service I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200C in for a oil change and Mr. Rafael C. immediately greeted and politely listed to my need. The oil change was done (E I brought my 2015 Chrysler 200C in for a oil change and Mr. Rafael C. immediately greeted and politely listed to my need. The oil change was done (Express), and Rafael informed me of a bad tire which I was having a problem with. Need less to say we replaced the tire and I purchased a second front tire as recommended. On my next visit for an inspection I will ask for Rafael C. Thank You! More
