It opens early (7:30 am) so it's great for people who have to be at work by 9am. No appointment is required, so you can got your own convenience. I've only been here twice during the weekdays before 8:30 am; there's maybe 2 or 3 other customers. Even so, each time, they were finished within 30-45 minutes. The service people are very polite and knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend this dealership! More

The attention extended by Express Lube Supervisor Rafael Campos was flawless. In addition to the oil change requested, Rafael had the interior filters in the car examined and also reviewed my vehicle's history to insure all previous service issues and recalls had been addressed. The service at East Hills is always top shelf. I am now adding Rafael's business card to my East Hills collection, and placing it most noticeably alongside the trusted names of Jon Piansky, Stephen Petrowski, Marc Siegel and Michael Casey. One of the most important considerations on the purchase of a vehicle is the service rendered after purchase. A bagel and hot coffee are nice perks, but trust is my most important issue. I have always been more than satisfied with the maintenance provided at the East Hills Service Department. Please extend my thanks to Rafael. More

Best dealership to do business with and Service our vehicle. I'm highly satisfied with this location. I was beyond pleased with the service I received. So I went to east hills jeep for an oil change. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by Rafael campos the service advisor for quick lanes. He told me my car would be done in under an hour. As I was waiting he informed me my car had a small oil leak coming from one of the valve covers. He told me the parts were in stock and that they could fix if I’d like. Being that the car is under warranty I said yes. most places you go to wouldn’t. Even tell you about that or they would try and rip you off. But not east hills jeep they were great and so was Rafael More
