I drove over an hour to meet with Ralph, Anatoily and Catherine, but they made the trip well worth my time. They were a pleasure to deal with, did not engage in any pressure tactics or typical dealership games, and presented me with a strong offer right off the bat. I couldn't be happier with my new BMW, the deal I got in this crazy time, and how I was treated by this dealership and its staff.
