Ralph Price was the sales consultant we worked with and he was amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He wasn't too pushy or aggressive and answered all my questions about getting a new Mazda. He knew what he was talking about and I definitely felt we were in good hands. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Unfortantely, I didn't walk away with a new car but I felt like I knew everything I needed to know. Ralph made the entire time very comfortable and was a great resource. More

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle, because of financial responsibilities with a daughter away at college. I started searching online for vehicles new and used and decided to stop in at Heritage Mazda to take a look and test drive a few vehicles that's where I met Ralph. I told him about my concerns and issues and he totally put my mind at ease. He had so much patience with me and even my father came to help me. He took his time and had such a genuine care for excellent customer service and satisfaction. I leased a new Mazda CX-5 this is the first time I have leased a vehicle. I have always bought my vehicles, so I was very apprehensive and just wasn't aware of what leasing a vehicle was all about. Ralph was there for me through the whole process & made sure I understood it all. I cannot thank him enough, he even checked in with me a few days later to see how I liked my car and if I needed anything or had any questions about the car. My father even stopped by without me because he had a few questions about the car and Ralph was there for him, as well. More

From start to finish, Mike and Ralph were very responsive to our needs, fulfilled our requests and worked very hard to deliver our cars, a 2016 Mazda 6 and a 2016 Mazda CX-5, on time as promised. Mike and Ralph were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions. Furthermore, they put in a lot of time and effort to ensure we were getting a great deal on both cars and made sure we were happy with our decision. Sang in finance was very resourceful and provided us with a quick professional conclusion to our car purchases. The management team was also actively involved in the whole car buying process and contributed a great deal to our positive customer experience.
