Great experience purchasing a new CX3 I recently purchased a new CX3 from Heritage Mazda and had a great experience! My salesman was Ralph Price and he was so easy to work with. Incredibly I recently purchased a new CX3 from Heritage Mazda and had a great experience! My salesman was Ralph Price and he was so easy to work with. Incredibly informed and not pushy at all I put poor Ralph through the ringer with all of my questions and he never got frustrated and answered each question correctly and thoroughly, I highly recommend him! More

Ralph Price is the man! No pressure, very professional and nice to work with. We test drove the car twice and there was never any pressure from Ralph. Buying a Car I stopped by Heritage Mazda Towson just to look at a used car and after being given a ride and an opportunity to ask a series of questions, I announce I stopped by Heritage Mazda Towson just to look at a used car and after being given a ride and an opportunity to ask a series of questions, I announced I would buy the car and therefore remained most of the remainder of the day completing the transaction. My salesman Ralph Price was a buyer's dream, answering all my questions patiently and completely. It was the first time I have ever gone through the car buying experience, so I was pretty overwhelmed. Ralph Price is the man! I have purchased 3 cars from Ralph over the last few years and he has always done right by me. I am always treated as though I am important to him an I have purchased 3 cars from Ralph over the last few years and he has always done right by me. I am always treated as though I am important to him and I don't even consider anywhere else now I just call him up when I am ready to trade up. Just like I have relationships with my mechanic, insurance guy, tax person, etc. I know I can trust him and that is hard to find these days! More
