Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Spoke to two employees via phone prior to arriving. Waited 15 minutes after Robert, who was supposed to meet us, was announced as not available and Micah met us. In the meantime Mohammed greeted us and was very professional and accommodating the entire time. Micah also met us at that time and was extremely professional as well. Joe managed the numbers with us. It was a less-than-transparent and rather confusing experience. This aspect has improvement needs. Randy delivered a great product and was very professional and personable. Note: the QX56 hood wasn't completely latched and it came loose on the way home on the highway. We pulled over and shut it without incident. More

Randy is fantastic at what he does. Working with him is more like working with a personal consultant as opposed to a salesman. There was no pressure at all and all conversations was all about possibilities more like working with a personal consultant as opposed to a salesman. There was no pressure at all and all conversations was all about possibilities rather than limitations. We looked at several vehicles, and found the exact one I was looking for. I was originally leaning toward a G37 coupe but found that the FX35 actually fitted my needs and style at the time. Most dealerships would tried to have sold me the G37 and got me out the door where as Randy worked with me to really look at all of my vehicle interests and even came in on his day off for the vehicle delivery. On top of everything, the pricing on my choices were all exceptional. No haggling or negotiating, just a great buying experience. On top of that, there was no negotiating needed. I know that I’m buying a truly exceptional vehicle, that’s why I chose Infiniti. Even still, Randy Chin still brought the vehicle price in under my expectations, which is always fantastic. On top of that, Terry, the finance manager, was very knowledgeable and efficient with what he does. He’s actually the one who got my interests revved up in a new vehicle. I had brought in my G35 coupe for some maintenance and asked for a quote on the vehicle, just to know what it was worth at the time. He blew my socks off with the current value (especially since all my previous Chevys we always worth less than I owed on them) and that actually prompted me to talk to Randy regarding a new vehicle. Then at the time of purchase, Terry got me thru the paperwork in no time flat, explaining things as we went along. Every Infiniti vehicle I’ve ever purchased has been exceptional. Most the time, when you go to buy a new vehicle at say a Chevy or a Ford dealership, you look forward to test driving different vehicles but dread all the paperwork and negotiating. With Infiniti of Lisle, that’s not the case. The buying experience is fantastic and the vehicles available for selection are all top notch, high quality and a fantastic value. I don’t have to worry about watching my new car breakdown or degrade because someone on some assembly line cut corners doing their job nor do I have to worry that the dealership will do the same. My experience with Infiniti really has been more akin to working with a personal vehicle concierge service, it has been all about getting me into what I want and will enjoy driving and keeping me happy. That’s just awesome! More

I am from peoria, IL. Most of the discussions happened online and Jeff is an awesome guy to deal with. He gave me a good deal and kept his promise on the trade-in value for my car.
