They did exactly as I asked. I can not tell you how much we appreciated the fact that both the sales and finance did not push and they listened the first time when something was s I can not tell you how much we appreciated the fact that both the sales and finance did not push and they listened the first time when something was said. For example I said I did not care what my payment was that I just wanted to know the final amount owed. Not once did the finance person bring up the payment amount until the end which is exactly what I asked for. Both my wife and talked about how much we preferred the experience with Lithia Ford and Randy compared to our last car buying experience. I could write a novel with what the other dealership (Dennis Dillon) did wrong! The biggest is that they just did not listen period. We will return to Lithia ford for our next car! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that we worked with in Finance. More
