Ray is top class. I ordered a brand new customized 2022 4Runner and for 3 months he saw at the process, updating me and checking in whenever I had questions. At the end there was a little hiccup because of 4Runner and for 3 months he saw at the process, updating me and checking in whenever I had questions. At the end there was a little hiccup because of supply chain issues and Ray quickly pivoted and got me exactly what I wanted + upgraded my order and made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't think of a better guy to work with, he's been in the business a long time and seen it all and he makes sure to offer care, knowledge and peace of mind in the whole process. When I decided to get another 4Runner, I wanted a specific model and options. There are lots of stories of folks having trouble getting a Runner the way they want it, so I did some research, and afte specific model and options. Tried getting one that was just right from another dealer in the region, but they weren't having any of that, so he placed an order for me. The whole thing took less than 2 hours.
