Jeff Laher called me early the next morning. We decided to visit there. Jeff was great! He was very thorough and worked hard for us, explains no things as we discussed needs/desires in a car. The day of the sale when very well. Jeff was courteous & introduced us to everyone we needed to talk to. Rebecca Lassiter, our finance guy (I don't recall his name). All were very friendly & extremely helpful. I was surprised that no one tried to give me the "hard sell" on anything-extended warranties, inside or outside protection, etc. his was a pleasant surprise! We got. Great price for our trade in. With the incentives from Ford, we got a great price on our new car. We've only had the car for a day, so I can't comment only on the service we received, which was great. Starting with Jeff Laher, we are glad to have purchased from Sunrise Ford! More

Since Sunrise is very close to my work location, I thought it was the best choice and now I know it was. Chip Durant gave me the time to decide what was best for me. He did not hesitate in answering all of my questions and going that extra mile to make sure I was happy. Before signing all of the paper work, I had the pleasure to work with Chip, Rebecca and Sandra. I would highly recommend anyone who wants the warmth of a dealership that is 100% go to Sunrise Ford. Sunrise Ford is Customer Service We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. When we came to the dealership to pick it up they had it detailed and backed in by the front door We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. We were greeted by our names and then taken inside to talk to a young lady by the name of Carol who knew ALL of the features of the F-150. Then we spoke to another young lady (Rebecca) who explained the deal that we had agreed too and made sure we understood everything before we went into the finance office. The finance office couldn't have been easier to deal with. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't feel like we needed and Ms. Nelson explained EVERYTHING so we felt very comfortable that we had picked the right dealership. If you're looking for a great truck and customers service is important to you then Sunrise Ford of Ft. Pierce is it. More
