Staff was pleasant but hard to get in touch with they could have been more organized. I understand the car is used and they have many cars to check but they provided me a checklist saying these things are all set and overlooked which is not true. Will definitely be using them for car servicing and to find my next VW in the future. The only negative experience I had was signing the paperwork. Everyone ensured it’d be “quick” (e.g. ~30 minutes) and it ended up taking over 1.25 hours and two visits. I think there are many parts of the process that could’ve been done more efficiently and/or virtually. More
