He was very polite and treated us with respect the whole time. Even though we had to ask for some help and were not approached. Patrick Casey is a no good liar. My friend came in looking for a car and didn't stand well with his credit. First he started out saying all he needed was 500 dollars down then some how it turned out to be 2000 dollars down. On their website it says guarantee approval no matter what your situation is. LIE. They Got my friend all excited with driving a car and having a good selection picked out. Well when it came time for financing decisions from the bank we had to wait until Monday to find out. Patrick Casey did not even have the decency to call my friend back and tell him he couldn't help him. It's been a week and there has still been no calls or anything. So just for the simple fact he didn't have the guts to do that is completely bogus and I will never send anyone their way again after the lies he told. And to whoever the used car manager is. Telling someone to file bankruptcy to "restart" they're life fresh. Your pathetic. More
