They had the c I recently purchased a new 2016 Dodge Challenger from All Star Dodge and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. They had the car I was looking for (specific package setup), they held the car for me until I was able to come in that night to negotiate a deal and they stayed until 11:30 (they closed at 9) to make sure that I got the best deal. As part of the deal, I negotiated a car cover for my car, they didn't have any in stock but they special ordered one for me and called me as soon as it arrived to come pick it up. Overall this was a great experience, I was expecting more hostility while negotiating the price and was thrilled by how friendly the staff was and the followup customer service was great as well. Side note: I ended up getting the Xzilon coating a few days later and I am so happy that I did and that I didn't try to do it myself at home. More

There was a surprise, but Renell and his finance team honored the Internet price without a challenge. I then had some problems working with my bank for financing, but Renell and his support team were VERY patient in waiting for me to sort it out. They held the vehicle as promised without any pressure. I will work with Renell and his team again. -Scott More

Amazing customer service Renell was my salesman. I called first to make sure the vehicle I wanted to look at was available and on the lot. Renell was upbeat and excited the mo Renell was my salesman. I went in later to test drive the grand caravan. He went and put some gas in it and sent me on my way. I came back and started talking about my trade. He got me top dollar for my trade and was able to get the price where I needed it to be. I love my new van and when I get ready to trade it in I plan to go back to Renell for my next vehicle! More
