I am very pleased and satisfied with my most recent service maintenance on my 2018 Nissan Sentra. My service advisor, Junior Sequi, was very focused on my concerns, for the issues with my Sentra. You w service maintenance on my 2018 Nissan Sentra. My service advisor, Junior Sequi, was very focused on my concerns, for the issues with my Sentra. You was very patient, listened very carefully and attentively to my explanation. Junior assured me that the Nissan Napoli maintenance/service team would identify the issues and proceed to resolve and repair my vehicle. And Junior was correct. My Nissan Sentra was repaired successfully. I am a very happy customer and most grateful to Junior Sequi and the entire Napoli Nissan service team! A job well done…again, by the Napoli Nissan Team! My most recent visit to Napoli Nissan, in Milford, CT. , was a happy one. Junior Sequi, my service advisor, once again, was most attentive and understanding to the service issue, with my 2021 Nissan Rogue. , was a happy one. Junior Sequi, my service advisor, once again, was most attentive and understanding to the service issue, with my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Junior and the service team identified the problem and immediately repaired and resolved the issue. Outstanding & Most Professional Service…AGAIN!!! I almost really enjoy bringing my Nissan Sentra, for scheduled service and maintenance, to Napoli Nissan, in Milford, Connecticut! From the time I deliver my car for service and right up to the time I pick my vehicle up, when the scheduled service is completed, Junior Sequi, my service advisor, and the entire Napoli Nissan service team, communicate with me often and provide me with sense of professionalism, satisfaction and security, that my vehicle will continue to operate at a very high level of efficiency and reliability. In all my years of auto ownership, none have come close to the ultimate enjoyment and satisfaction, that I have experienced with all my Nissan vehicles….none!
