From Mr. Tobey and the way he greets you when he is out and about to their sales manager, Rich, to my salesman, Jeff, I'll be a customer for life. I think so highly of this place that I have referred two friends here and they have bought vehicles too! If you want to be treated great and get great deals, Key is the only place for you to go in the Miami Valley area. Heck, it'd be worth it to drive from elsewhere in the state. My only concern was with a loaner vehicle when I had to drop my truck off to have step rails and a bed liner sprayed in. I am not saying that I had to be given a 2015 or 2016 to drive but that could have been handled better. Thanks Key! I'll definitely be back for years to come. More

John Shade kept us informed through to whole purchase order/manufacturing/delivery process (Dec 15, 2014 - Feb 7, 2015). And Bob Peterson made the financing process go very smooth, having majority of the paperwork waiting for us upon our arrival(45 minutes). We are very please with their friendly customer service and our new Dodge Ram 3500! More

Extraordinary effort deserves high praise Due to an incentive available only on the day I called Dwayne Cornett (zone rep contribution incentive), we hurried to Key to get an appraisal of the Due to an incentive available only on the day I called Dwayne Cornett (zone rep contribution incentive), we hurried to Key to get an appraisal of the two cars to be traded and to test drive many models. Dwayne was patient, extremely informative, candid and very supportive of what we wanted to accomplish. To make his challenge even greater, our former lender had failed to release the lien on one of the cars to be traded. With excellent coaching from Dwayne we were able to navigate these choppy waters and get the matter resolved with the former lender and a service bureau which had their records. I am a professional salesman and know how much hard work Dwayne had to put into this transaction and to our selection. This is the fifth car we've purchased from Dwayne over the past dozen years or so, and we simply wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I know the pressure that the car business currently puts on a new car sales staff, so the ability of Dwayne to keep his composure and move everything along at the right pace, and at the right times, was remarkable. I don't know if I, in his place, would have put up with us! We have one of two more car purchases in us before our ages dictate otherwise. Rest assured, there is no dealership other than Key which we will visit; and there is no other car salesman we will work with other than Dwayne Cornett. If Terry Tobey ever decides to put a few highly satisfied customers in his television commercials, we volunteer! Thank you, everyone at Key, for your excellent work! More

2014 Jeep Wrangler - Dave Tackett - your the best!!!!!! I'd be happy to share a little of my impressions and experiences of Terry Toby's Key Chrysler Xenia, My husband and I had visited another dealershi I'd be happy to share a little of my impressions and experiences of Terry Toby's Key Chrysler Xenia, My husband and I had visited another dealership on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 and needless to say weren't very impressed. I received a call from my husband on the next day stating that he just stopped into your dealership just to see what kind of Jeep's you had available. He was in shock and awe about the friendliness of your staff but the topper on this first impression was you Mr. Toby. He had just finished some landscaping and was not in his finest form but was really thrilled that you approached him and introduced yourself. He ended up coming home and picking me up so I could see what your dealership had to offer. When my husband and I came in Mr. Tackett was friendly and courteous but not overbearing or pushy. Rather he quickly developed a relaxed rapport and it felt like as a sales person he had no agenda, this is important to me as a consumer. Whenever we asked a question that he didn't know the answer to rather than try to impress us or BS us he would freely admit not knowing the answer but would promptly ask someone and get the information within 5 minutes. That sort of honesty and willingness to ask his team for help or answers as well as the timeliness also goes a long way towards establishing a rapport and developing a repeat client relationship with me. Generally we felt no pressure from your sales team. We feel their ambition was to help us find the vehicle that we wanted and suited our needs. We think your team works very well together and provided us with a new Jeep and a really positive buying experience. Incidentally for your information, I have participated in the process before but this is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle for myself. If on a scale of 1-5. 1 being a suck & 5 being exceptional I would rate Mr. Dave Tackett and your team as 5. I truly believe Mr. Tackett deserves a reward for his excellent salesmanship. Thanks Dave for all your hard work, patience, and going above and beyond to get me what I was truly looking for - you were awesome and we could not of had a better overall buying experience!!!!!!!
