I saved about $20,000 between rebates and the EV credit, which no other dealership came close to matching. I even spoke to Hyundai Palm Springs, and they told me they couldn’t get near the deal I got. Juan Santoro in finance was also excellent — no pressure, no upselling, just honest and transparent service. I truly appreciate how easy and stress-free the entire process was. They used the toll road when delivering my car, but I only found out after receiving the receipt. I contacted them immediately, and they said they would take care of it. However, it’s been two months and only found out after receiving the receipt. I contacted them immediately, and they said they would take care of it. However, it’s been two months and they still haven’t paid. I’ve followed up by phone, text, and email, but all they do is keep repeating the same lie—that they’ll take care of it. Throughout this process, I’ve been in contact with Mace Bradley, Bridgette Edmondson, Richard Andersen, and Tracy Ferrara. While they all speak politely, not a single one of them has been honest or actually followed through with anything. More
