Trading in a car I brought my car in for a repair and it turned out the repair was going to be half the value of the car. I had a 2005 Audi so the timing turned out to I brought my car in for a repair and it turned out the repair was going to be half the value of the car. I had a 2005 Audi so the timing turned out to be good to just trade the car in. The service center connected me to the sales team very efficiently. The sales rep was very helpful and not pushy at all when I consulted on the appraisal value of my old car. However, I did feel pressured to come back in the same day, either to retrieve my car and pay for part of the services or to trade it in. The dealership did not offer me a loaner in order to think about the decision, but did offer a potential purchase car for me to drive. I would have appreciated a little more flexibility on behalf of the service department in that regard. More

The Allroad is amazing! Our experience at Audi of Charlotte was great. We were shopping for a replacement vehicle for our 2010 Mercedes ML350. We planned to test several di Our experience at Audi of Charlotte was great. We were shopping for a replacement vehicle for our 2010 Mercedes ML350. We planned to test several different makes of SUV, including Audi, Infinity, Buick, and Lincoln. I had stated a preference for buying an American car this time so the scales were somewhat weighted against non-American brands. I was also definitely NOT going to buy another Mercedes. Audi was the first car we planned to test and we got to the dealership at dusk one Friday night. Rich Gouhin greeted us immediately as we parked and walked toward the building. After some initial conversation about what we were looking for and some fit and function discussions around the SUVs on display, he got the keys to a Q5 and we took a test drive. We liked the car's ride and drivability. The technology was adequate - but you have to remember that we were coming over from a 2010 Mercedes so the expectations were not high. By the time we finished the test drive, it was dark and in the middle of rush hour traffic so we we were ready to tuck the driving experience away for the night and proceed the next day with our shopping the other brands. But, as we walked back toward the building we passed an Allroad that was on display outside and Rich casually mentioned what a great car that was. Although not an SUV, it did have a lot of cargo space and had become very popular especially in the mountain areas because of its great handling capabilities. We paused and he offered another test drive. From that moment on, every car I drove was compared to the Allroad in my mind. It took another week or so, but we were back for another test drive and that was it. We agreed on colors and options. Audi of Charlotte didn't have one exactly like what we wanted, but they did find one at Audi of Charleston. After some horse-trading with that dealership, they got the car and we took our new 2017 Audi Allroad home two days later. I never drive the car without saying and/or thinking how much I love it. It's like driving a sports car in many ways - sometimes it's almost like the car drives itself. The technology -- both safety and media -- is amazing. I could not be happier. More

In and out with more than I wanted. I've been an Audi customer for a while and knew that I would be staying in the family, but having just relocated, it was time to find a new Audi deale I've been an Audi customer for a while and knew that I would be staying in the family, but having just relocated, it was time to find a new Audi dealership. I emailed around expecting to get replies over the coming days, but Richard Gouhin from Audi of Charlotte called me back in minutes and from the start assured me that he would take care of anything I needed. After a couple emails, I agreed to meet Rich (on a Sunday no less) to check out the Audi SUVs. When I arrived, Rich had the two or three trucks we had talk about pulled to the front of the dealership awaiting my inspection. After a couple informative test drives, we walked into Rich's office where he was prepared with the specifics for each truck already laid out. We had a brief and honest conversation, Rich is incredibly straightforward and a great client advocate, and I decided on the SUV for me, a beautiful black Q3 (which to my amazement, has continued to exceeded my lofty expectations). After signing the papers with Peppi Bonocore, which was as a pleasant an experience as paying money can be, I met Kyle Andes for a technology and feature review. Kyle knew his stuff, hit the highlights, and then took the time to show me the small things (like the surround sound control for the Bose surround sound) that can take months to find on your own. Rich, and Audi of Charlotte delivered a superb buying a experience, and I am elated with my new Audi. Highly Recommended More

Rich was very friendly and easy to work with when we decided to purchase. Marcus was quick to get all of our paperwork processed and explained everything clearly. Kyle was amazing, he worked with us to understand all the features of the car and went at a pace that i could keep up with. Overall, it was a great experience! More

top tier experience Completed an A7 search and purchase with Rich Gouhin and could not have been better. We did 95% of deal remote while i was on road traveling.
