There were zero tricks, zero lies, zero smoke & mirrors, zero BS. We were treated with respect and I promised our sales rep that when the time comes, our second car will be an Audio purchased from him...that's how pleasant and refreshing our experience was. The whole experience was so pleasant compared to a normal car buying process. He was available, responsive, listened to what I wanted, didn't try to push me to get something I didn't want or couldn't afford, non-salesy. I wasn't pushed to buy the car right after my test drive. He sent me pricing by email as I requested and allowed me to complete some forms prior to coming in such that paperwork took less than 90 minutes. No surprises at all, everything was exactly as written/promised in material sent via email. Highly recommend! More
