Exceptional Experience Have been with Toyota for quite some time having leased three vehicles. Made the switch several years ago from another Toyota dealer to Hartford and couldn't be happier. The knowledge and expertise Ritchie has to help us find exactly what we wanted, and work with us, to make it happen was very simple and easy going. You can tell that building relationships and satisfying the customer is his top priority and it shows with the time he takes to help you through it knowing that it's not only car he is selling/leasing, but earning your confidence and trust to help foster a "Toyota" relationship going forward. He has done that. We are very happy with choosing Hartford Toyota and wouldn't go anyplace else. More
