Legitimately the worst Dealership car buying experience I've ever encountered. The Dealer sent the wrong VIN number to my insurance company, which I had no idea that I was driving the car without insura I've ever encountered. The Dealer sent the wrong VIN number to my insurance company, which I had no idea that I was driving the car without insurance for 6 weeks. We are now over 3 months since purchase and I still have not received my plates or registration. Allegedly, because I can't get a straight answer from anyone at the dealership because they are so disorganized there was an issue with the title. You would think that some sort of communication would take place and come from the dealer, especially after calling them 9x before someone actually contacted me. On top of this I continually texted the Salesperson to have someone contact which again never happened. Now they are saying at least another 30 days for plates and registration. Not one phone call to make things right and no sense of urgency to actually rectify the situation. Basically I had to call and make a major complaint for anyone to actually get back to me. The greatest part about this whole situation is that one of the managers calls me and asks me how he can help me. He called me and had no idea what was wrong. Meanwhile he had phoned me 4 days earlier and left a voice message on my phone. He had no recollection of calling me previously. The place sucks bottom line More

The worst place to buy a car, don't go there. They treated me with such disrespect and dishonesty from the first day I walked in there. When I first got there, I had an appointment, but they let They treated me with such disrespect and dishonesty from the first day I walked in there. When I first got there, I had an appointment, but they let me sit there and ignored me for two hours. While I was sitting inside Infiniti of Englewood dealer, they called me to ask me if I was still coming for my appointment, and I told them I was sitting there. When I was there I knew exactly the car I wanted, its cost and mileage. But when they were processing the paperwork, they put in the wrong unit price number, $2000 higher than what they had advertised it for, so when I questioned them about it, they said Oh ok we will send you a check in the mail for the difference. Today, one month later, I was there to inquire about the check that they should have mailed to me one month ago, and when I got there , the finance person, his name is Jason, was even denying that he gave me a receipt that the dealership owed me money. I had to go back home to get the receipt and bring it back to them. They are trying to deny even the things they discussed with me. Fortunately, I still have my paperwork to prove them wrong. I will not rest till they pay this money they owe me. this place is dishonest, unkind, stay away. More
