He actually called my wife the next day with a vehicle that he believed met all of our needs and we could afford!!! This was character beyond measure! We rushed to the dealership and found Rick Dike. Before my visit to Five Star Ford i made an appointment with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which opt with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which options they had installed. 15 minutes later i was test driving the vehicle and loving every minute of it. While i was on the test drive Rick had my currect vehicle appraised and by the time i had returned from the test drive he had a perfect offer for my situation. I had told them to not wash the car seeing as it was coming a down pour outside and they had it detailed anyway :). I would most definatly reccommend not only Rick Dike but this dealership for any and all new and used vehicle purchases. Thanks Rick and Five Star Ford i couldnt be happier with my purchase More

Overall a good experience with Five Star Ford NRH. Very easy transaction. Rick Dike was helpful. But I really enjoyed the finance guy, Anthony.
