Trying to make an appointment is challenging. You leave a message they don't call you back. You send an email no response. So I showed up in person to make an appointment and was told nothing ava You leave a message they don't call you back. You send an email no response. So I showed up in person to make an appointment and was told nothing available for a week. My boss who buys cars from the dealership was able to get me in sooner with Rick last week which I was grateful for. Besides bringing it in to check engine light to service ESC I asked Hailey to add to service of rotating my tires. I called the service department 1.23.24 only to get transfered 4 different times to finally get someone from Chevrolet and spoke to Rita who assisted me in checking if this was done. My boss picked up my car when it was done servicing last week and was not given an invoice. So I'm checking today to get a copy and to follow up on what was done. Rita was able to get me an appointment on Monday 1.29.24 @ 10am. Operator who answered wasn't as friendly and helpful. Needs to listen to the customer first before attempting to assist so she knows how to help and answer the customer. So far Rita was the most helpful person I spoke to and Rick was amazing in being helpful and making it happen. More
