Shady sales tactics and horrible customer service Attempted to buy a used car from this dealership placed a down payment and everything we were told that the car would be ready the next day, we then g Attempted to buy a used car from this dealership placed a down payment and everything we were told that the car would be ready the next day, we then got a phone call saying it needed parts and it would be another day, after a few days of back and forth we were told they no longer want to sell the car for the agreed upon price. It required us making 2 more phone calls just to get them to refund us the deposit made on the car and it came with much attitude from the salesman "Ricky" , highly advise find a different dealer and if not definitely find another sales person More

I didn’t think would be able to trade in the car because the loan was new. I called the dealership and spoke with Ricky Mills. He walked me through the process and promised that Napoli can get me out my loan. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were able to get me into a 2018 Nissan Maxima. I would recommend Ricky Mills and Napoli Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle. They exceeded my expectations. More
