Mr Rogers, All pre-owned vehicles are sold As-Is with no return policy. We do not offer a 5 day return option. We do inspect the vehicle prior to sale and complete minor maintenance items. This vehicle has a well-documented maintenance history on Carfax. Which you were given a copy of. We have no way of knowing what can go wrong in the future. We provide a 3 month or 3000 mile limited power train warranty. This only covers the powertrain. You were also presented at least three time with the opportunity to purchase an extended service contract. You chose to decline in writing. These service contracts are expensive on European imports but well worth the investment. There is always risk with these brands. You as the buyer assume all responsibility when you choose not to protect your investment. To assume that we are responsible to provide assistance is unreasonable. We do not provide loaner vehicles unless a service contract company is reimbursing the dealership. We sold this vehicle in good faith and completely disclosed to you that is was being sold as-is. We have documented conversations that clearly confirm that your calls were returned. We also made an attempt to trade you out of the vehicle which you also chose not to take advantage of.

This car was not sold as-is and have document to prove it. Freedom Honda has done absolutely nothing to help me nor has anyone returned my phone calls in the last 4 weeks. I have left several messages for Joel and am still awaiting a call back from the sales manager after talking to Ricky Olsen on Wednesday 12/18/19. The bottom line is immediately after buying this car from Freedom Honda, I had to replace two exhaust valves and four pistons in which I had to pay $7200 in out of pocket expenses and Freedom Honda has basically told me tough luck. How have they worked in good faith?
