Great experience. Very friendly and helpful service department. Always honest and never tries to sell me services I don't need. This is my forth vehicle I have purchased and have been happy with the all experiences, sales, finance and service thus far. I even have a friend that has a much older CRV that has started taking his vehicle to Brilliance's service department, and he also is very happy with his experiences. More

Excellent experience from start 'til finish. I came in as a person who was very discouraged and frustrated after 3 months of disappointing test drives of used cars. Topped off by a very scary sit I came in as a person who was very discouraged and frustrated after 3 months of disappointing test drives of used cars. Topped off by a very scary situation: I found a car I really liked. Almost bought it, but took the car to my own auto mechanic who checked it to see if it was a good car to buy. He discovered that the car was a serious mess bumper to bumper... completely un-disclosed by the dealer. So, I was on guard walking into Brilliance to start over. I remembered Robert Calhoun from an earlier test drive of a good 2017 Outback. He could tell I didn't like the feel of the car. He did not push me to look further. And gave me his card and said call or come and see me if you decide to widen your search. His attitude is pretty much the sole reason I decided to go back to Brilliance Honda. " I am ready to look at Hondas, Mr. Calhoun." And from then every single phase was peaceful and competently carried out. And I ended up with a new 2019 CVR EX. And I absolutely love it!! Much appreciation to Robert Calhoun, and Brett (in warranties) and everyone behind the scenes who worked hard to deliver a shiny new car, clean and oiled and topped off with a full tank of gas! In summary, I mainly worked with Robert, And found him to be a 10 in all areas... kindness; interest in what I was looking for; ethical; thorough; patient when having to explain things more than once; and very fair in the process of determining the price of the car. (I never dreamed it was possible to have a good experience during that part of car-buying..... but it was.) Time for me to stop. But I want to say to Kevin Keefe, I commend you on having such a well-run company, with employees who made me (and surely many others) want to recommend Brilliance Honda to my friends and family. I had work done on my car and they had a loaner all heated up for me and ready to go. This was so easy to have a repair done! I have referred many people here to buy a car! Buying a car here also was very easy and enjoyable. It was such a great experience that we came back to buy an additional car a year later! More
