Previously Owned Vehicle Purchase My wife and I went to look at a vehicle to replace the C-30 I have been driving for 5 years. We had been shopping for 4 months and had looked at seve My wife and I went to look at a vehicle to replace the C-30 I have been driving for 5 years. We had been shopping for 4 months and had looked at several other dealerships and several different manufacturers, but just hadn't found the right fit for us. Nora likes to look at ALL the possibilities before making a decision and I wanted her to be satisfied with the choice even though this was to be my ride. We returned to a dealership where we have purchased three cars over 15 years - Volvo of Tucson. I made an appointment to see Rob early in the week. He greeted us and began showing us all the cars that we had told him we wanted to see. We looked them over, he got keys so we could sit in them to get a feel of what they might be like, and we talked about cars. I quizzed Rob on the new features of different models and asked about the process of the dealership acquiring vehicles for the lot. I was impressed that he generally knew the features of most vehicles on the lot just from a quick glance at the car. I play devil's advocate sometimes and Rob played along and seemed to enjoy the challenge of buyer education. We homed in on a vehicle Nora and I both liked and drove it around the block. It was super nice - but after some discussion decided to look at some other lower priced alternatives. So we drove another vehicle that was bargain priced and that I liked a lot. Rob wrote up an estimate of what it would cost - an out-the-door cost (my favorite kind). But, Nora was busy on her android looking at other similar vehicles on the V of T lot - and so we went to look at two other, similar vehicles that weren't quite ready for sale - but just needed cleaning before they could be offered for sale. One of the back-lot vehicles had the features, the quality and very good pricing we were looking for. Rob and Tony talked to us about the trade-in and allowed us to negotiate a good price. Rob accelerated the preparation schedule and drew up the paperwork for the deal. We had to leave the dealership for another appointment while the car was cleaned and detailed. When we returned several hours later, Mike walked us through all of the paperwork - including a loan - in an impressively expeditious manner (sometimes this can take quite a bit of time). The 2013 S60 T5 looked brand new as I sat down in it for my lesson in how to operate and access the programmable features of the vehicle. Rob went over each detail with the patience of Job as the sun was setting. We are very happy with the performance of this dealership. I do feel that they go the extra mile to get their customers into the right vehicle for them. Each step of the process was handled professionally. It made our decision much simpler. More

Now I have two Today I leased my second Volvo an XC60 from Rob Waterman. I bought my first Volvo XC70 from him and still love it. I think he is wonderful, kind, and Today I leased my second Volvo an XC60 from Rob Waterman. I bought my first Volvo XC70 from him and still love it. I think he is wonderful, kind, and honest. He has exceptional customer service skills. He calls me on my birthday every year and even asked about my specific family members after a three year-hiatus. I'm not in the market for another car (since I just got one) but when I am I will most certainly buy it from Rob. After my car deal was final, I went and visited Pat Breckenridge in parts to purchase some rubber mats from my new car. After paying for them I expected he would give them to me to install. I was very pleasantly surprised that he met me at my new XC60 and installed them for me. More
