They don't really understand or have indepth understanding of the software for evs. The bmw genius people are not very useful or can do much other then oh lets try redo everything. . On the other hand on the sales front it was great to be able to do everything without needing to go into the dealership. Unfortunately there is still that last ditch effort to upsell and needing to spend time in a finance office where you are a captive audience. More
