Charged for something dealer was at fault for Purchased the car in 2017 as preowned from 2013. Have done all of my service with Star as well until I went for an inspection/oil chang elsewhere. The non Nissan service center asked for my key for the wheel locks. I said I was unaware I had wheel locks and had no idea where they were. I proceeded to contact star to ask where they were in the vehicle. They told me to check a few places but they were nowhere to be found. What happened was Star Service was using their master key and never informed me that they were and that I might be missing the keys. They wound up charging me $70 for the wheel locks even though they never included them or even told me I was missing them. My salesperson never called me back and the service center just said that it was over a year so there was nothing they could do. Service said they’d “save me” on labor but I still had to pay $70 which was no fault of my own. This is at least my families 4th Nissan we’ve purchased from Star so I’m pretty disappointed at the way they handled this situation. More

Bad experience of the repair quality I sent my SUV there due to alert "Engine Service Soon". Fixed in one day with over $1,800 charge. The exact alert popped up after I drove just a day. I sent my SUV there due to alert "Engine Service Soon". Fixed in one day with over $1,800 charge. The exact alert popped up after I drove just a day. Sent it back next day and received another quote about another $1,500. Decided never deal with Nissan dealer again. The reason I give two stars is for their friendly employees' service. The service rep is also nice and friendly as well. More
