First timer Service advisor is courteous and knowledgeable. I got my vehicle back as promised in one and half hour. I would give it an five stars but the waiting Service advisor is courteous and knowledgeable. I got my vehicle back as promised in one and half hour. No very pleasant experience Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. No one was there to help and if they were they were not attending to customers that were standing t Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. No one was there to help and if they were they were not attending to customers that were standing there When received car back 2 tires went down to 22 percent within 3 blocks of service station. I went to a gas station and they said that I had no threads on 2 tiers. Even though I just came from Nissan and have a bill stating that my tier thread was good. No as trust worthy as you used to be Rep that I took me was pleasant and profesional. More
