Good service and friendly staff. Waiting area was clean and not super crowded. All the work that was done on my vehicle seemed to be well done except for the free car wash. Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is a professional, provides information above and beyond what is asked. Quick turnaround and never any issues when bringing the vehicle in for maintenance. Replaced wheels damaged during wheel rotation by service dep I honestly would have given you a rating of 5 but I felt the statement the repairman placed upon the invoice was a bit too snarky. My wheels were cle I honestly would have given you a rating of 5 but I felt the statement the repairman placed upon the invoice was a bit too snarky. My wheels were clearly damaged by the service person who was careless with the pneumatic lug wrench and must have spun the wrench before the lugs were properly seated. This was properly stated in my original grievance when I had my last oil service. Up until that point I was happy that you offered to replace the wheels at no cost. However when wheels arrived and I had them installed, the invoice although stating the cost is zero dollars, the repairman stated that it was in the interest of good customer service because the wheels were damaged by road debris. This is insulting and makes me out to be an unreasonable customer. If he had bothered to look at the wheels closely he would have seen that the damage was from the lug nuts and not road debris. More
