I drive 30-40 minutes depending on traffic to bring my car to Fabian. I live in the Nortj side of town. Findlay Nissan has employees that have integrity and are compassionate about helping their customers. They are friendly and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I first met Fabian in 2016 and have been with him for all these years. Fabian treats me like family and looks out for my best interest. This is why I come this far for all my car services! I have been getting my car serviced at Findlay/henderson Nissan since 2018. My last two visits have been very disappointing and I will not be returning. The latest visit I came in for an oil change, waited Nissan since 2018. My last two visits have been very disappointing and I will not be returning. The latest visit I came in for an oil change, waited 2.5 hours and had multiple expensive repair suggestions based on “mileage”. I declined them. When I got home I checked my fluids: EVERY fluid was dangerously low. Even jiffy lube tops all fluids! How disappointing! I have had my Nissan serviced there religiously for the past 7 years. This is not the quality service it once was and I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know More

Your service was terrible, let alone who ever the advisor was that got my checked out thought I was gonna pay for a 1 hr diag charge was funny joke. I tell your advisors what's going on, when it happens and was that got my checked out thought I was gonna pay for a 1 hr diag charge was funny joke. I tell your advisors what's going on, when it happens and what temps and conditions the vehicle needs to be at to do it. What do I get in return? ' we started it twice, once when it was 'warm' from when I drove it to the dealership and it was not very warm second time you let it get cold and do a cold start and neither time it did it. You also looked for codes and couldn't find any, no kidding there no check engine light and it's never been on so there so pending or history codes in there. I'm not your average person that just walks in there and will believe whatever you'll tell me. Not once was I told what kind of power the alternator is putting out, the state of my battery, if you have ever ran into this before nothing. As a technician myself, customer service and explaining to customers what's wrong with there vehicle or why this needs to be done is important and you guys failed at it miserable. I did tell your advisor that when I go out to the car and start it up and it does it again I'll come back in and talk to the manger. Well it did do it again and still actively does it everytime I start the car. So when it dies on our 2,600 mile trip back home to NY I'll be in contact with yall and you will be responsible for towing services and etc because yall failed to do your job and and actual diagnose a problem because 'there's no codes' More
