I came to the dealership to look at a 2012 F150. The salesman I dealt with was Sarafin he was friendly and answered all of my questions. I worked wtih Craig Holsman, internet sales, to order my new 2013 Escape. We talked and emailed and never needed to meet until I came in to pick it up. Everyone at Fair Oaks was wonderful to work with and new 2013 Escape. We talked and emailed and never needed to meet until I came in to pick it up. Everyone at Fair Oaks was wonderful to work with and very helpful. When I came in to pick it up, Jeremy spent about 20-30 minutes with me, showing me all the features and got my phone hooked up so I could call my wife to tell her I was bringing the new car home! I received a trade in offer for my existing 2009 Flex Limited which prompted me to check out the 2013 Flex limited. I absolutely love the Flex and only wanted to buy new if I got a great deal. Ruben wa Limited which prompted me to check out the 2013 Flex limited. I absolutely love the Flex and only wanted to buy new if I got a great deal. Ruben was easy to work with. I absolutely love the new Flex. I can't believe the important in the handling when I thought my 2009 was a smooth quiet ride! It took a little longer than I would have liked to actually purchase the new car and the car was not as clean as I would have liked when it was getting delivered but I am still very happy. More

Great overall buying experience. Craig followed up promptly from a web inquiry I made, and then continued to follow up with me periodically until I was ready to make the purchase. My husband and I just had a great experience buying a new car at the Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. We thought the sales representative's level of expertise and knowledge regarding the car was fantastic. He car at the Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville. We thought the sales representative's level of expertise and knowledge regarding the car was fantastic. He was able to show us how everything worked. The price on the car was right. In addition, the transaction went quickly and smoothly, and, most importantly, as expected. There weren't any "hidden costs" or fees that popped up mid-transaction. Overall, it was a most excellent experience. We did purchase the extra care package, and the service members did an excellent job of taking care of the car both inside and out. I would recommend this dealer, hands down, for any car purchase in the future. More
