Group was friendly, knowldegeable, helpful...got a good price and got the vehichle i chose vrey quickly. My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Edge at Fair Oaks. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I worked with Pam for a few days, as we were just looking and not sure we were ready to purchase another vehicle. Pam took the time to show us many items in inventory, and didn't pressure were just looking and not sure we were ready to purchase another vehicle. Pam took the time to show us many items in inventory, and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We decided on a 2013 Explorer, because we enjoyed the Explorer we traded in. We received a good price on the SUV, a very good interest rate, and enjoyed everything about purchasing this vehicle. We did purchase the Protection package from Bob, because we bought this same product from him when we purchased our 2006 Explorer. The protection treatment on our previous Explorer made the car sparkle and shine brilliantly! I would definately buy this protection for my vehicles. More

Well I am once again here to rate another new vehicle purchase at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. I am beginning to lose count of how many vehicles I have purchased (seven and counting) at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincol purchase at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. I am beginning to lose count of how many vehicles I have purchased (seven and counting) at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln and that is because of the wonderful customer service I have always received. It starts from the top with General Sales Manager-John Krajnovich, Internet Sales Manager-Craig Holsman, Customer Relations Manager-Robert Wojtan, and Finance Director-Doug Gose. All of these people do a wonderful job with providing the customer with a pleasant vehicle purchase experience. My latest purchase on August 4, 2012 was a 2012 F-150 Lariat Crew Cab 4x4 and let me tell you I could not be any happier with my new truck and the great customer service I received. Unfortunately I gave Internet Sales Manager Craig Holsman a tough job in finding the right F-150 for my needs. I needed a truck with the max tow package. I didn't know it would be so difficult to find such a truck with the options I wanted. When I was ready to give up and wait til another time to purchase, Craig keep looking and eventually found the truck that fit my needs. Craig had the new truck delivered to his dealership in a couple of days and it was ready for delivery on the day I was ready to purchase. Craig is the best person I have every had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. I will always recommend Craig to my family and friends if they have a need to purchase a new vehicle. Fair Oaks Ford has a true professional working at their dealership. Working with Customer Relations Manager Robert Wojtan was also very pleasant. I was very hesitant to purchase the protection package for my new truck but Robert explained the benefits of the package and since my new truck might have to be parked full time outside it made sense to have the "extra protection". I appreciated the help with this decision Robert Wojtan gave me. Last but not least Finance Director Doug Gose again went above and beyond with helping secure my financing. He took his time to explain all the paperwork thoroughly and made the sure I was happy with the deal. I even got to experience working with the service department after only three days of owning my new truck. I thought I was having an issue with my new truck. I stopped by the service department and after speaking with the service staff and having a service technician take a ride with me to hear first hand what I was talking about, it was nice that everyone in the service department took their time to help explain what was going on with my new truck and to make sure I was helped put at ease that nothing was wrong. I am happy to tell everyone that I am a loyal Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln customer and that you will not be disappointed in doing business with Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. More

Shopping for a new car and found none in inventory at the dealership. It took FOF less than a day to track down and deliver my car. Bob and Doug were extremely helpful and friendly. I found Craig of Fair oaks thru the website " Truecar.com ". From the moment that Craig reached out to us he has been the nicest, the easiest sales person to speak to and to deal with. The price that true car game us was the price that Craig honored and stuck to until my vehicle arrived. while he was not able to find the 2013 Mustang GT that we were looking for at any other location he ordered exactly what we wanted. The experience only got better as we arrived to meet in person, took my sons with me and they had the opportunity to see how a customer should be treated upon arrival. The ford dealer 5 minutes from my house will never get our business, our business belongs to Craig & Fair Oaks. More

The guys at Fair Oaks bend over backward to meet your needs. We had been looking at three brands of hybrids and I test drove all three (Ford, Toyota and Hyundai) the same afternoon. Craig and Rod were needs. We had been looking at three brands of hybrids and I test drove all three (Ford, Toyota and Hyundai) the same afternoon. Craig and Rod were helpful throughout the process and among the reasons we chose a Ford Fusion, after seeing good reviews of this dealer on Edmunds.com. When it turned out that the Fusion I test drove early was not available later that day, Craig went out of his way to find one with the package options I wanted in another state, and within 48 hours the car was in Napervilel and was ours. Financing was easy; the only time we felt a bit pressured was in deciding whether or not to purchase the protection package, which we eventually did after a price negotiation. I would have no qualms about referring my family or friends to Fair Oaks. Everything was thoroughly covered and explained by the time we became their last customer of July, 2012 that night. More

My husband and I came in and met with Jeremy Bloom. We bought a 2012 Ford F150 which we are so happy with. The entire staff was great and not pushy at all.
