Currie Motors is an upstanding business in the neighborhood with many longtime staff who were all professional, polite and knowledgeable with this customer. This was my first time shopping for car neighborhood with many longtime staff who were all professional, polite and knowledgeable with this customer. This was my first time shopping for cars at Currie Motors, and I was shopping at other dealerships as well, but with all my research, I believed I got the best car, the best deal and the best customer service at Currrie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Sam, Jeff, Mario and Albion were especially attentive to my inquiries, concerns, and need to think about all the information they imparted to me. I never felt pressured to make an instant decision, and felt that they worked diligently with me and my husband to make sure we were satisfied with the final price. In the end, Sam found me a great, Ford Edge Titanium loaded with everything I was looking for, I mean everything! And for me, the fact that it was only dealer driven, allowed me to stay in my price bracket. I am very very satisfied and happy with my purchase. More

I purchased a used vehicle from the salesman Jalen Reed at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort on February 23, 2023. I picked up the vehicle on February 25, 2023 paid cash in the amount of 17,000. On March 2 at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort on February 23, 2023. I picked up the vehicle on February 25, 2023 paid cash in the amount of 17,000. On March 2, 2023 which was 5 days after picking up the vehicle and only driving it approximately 60 miles the car began stalling and would not accelerate at times. I was able to eventually get the car back to the dealer on March 2, 2023. Once I got the vehicle back to the dealership a diagnostic test was ran and was determined to be a problem with the transmission. The dealership committed to fix the vehicle at no charge. However, it is now 26 days later and I still do not have the vehicle and I am not sure what is going to happen at this point. I thought it would be ready last week but the service department said I misunderstood. More

After purchasing my vehicle I had a hiccup. Currie motors tried everything to make it right. Unfortunately they are a ford dealership and I had to go to Jeep. My salesman Andy was very kind and Currie motors tried everything to make it right. Unfortunately they are a ford dealership and I had to go to Jeep. My salesman Andy was very kind and patient as I called him almost daily for a month. He reached out to everyone he could to try and resolve my issue. Ali even replaced my car batteries and Robert continued to have the service department to analyze my situation. Bottom line as their slogan says. They're great people to do business with. My vehicle was blue certified and they honor it at any dealership. I didn't give excellent rating because I did feel I was annoying them at first. More

Currie Motors never seizes to amaze me. My car was sadly, completely totaled on Christmas Eve. I came to Currie Ford Motors, to purchase a 3rd car from them (Ford Explorer), and nothing but My car was sadly, completely totaled on Christmas Eve. I came to Currie Ford Motors, to purchase a 3rd car from them (Ford Explorer), and nothing but quality customer service was provided. They were truly dedicated to their word and were very empathetic to my situation. Andy Ahmad, Jason Latiff, and Roberto Alfaro exceeded my needs and expectations as per usual. Today (2/4/23) we have purchased our 4th car (Ford F-150) from Currie Ford Motors with Andy, and again nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! I will continue to take the hour drive and remain a loyal customer simply because this staff always goes above and beyond, always exceeding my expectations. More

Super friendly and helpful. Pete Prozio guided me through the purchase of my new Bronco and very communicative throughout the process in July 2022. Recently I brought my Bronco in to repair a cracked windshield, cursing my bad luck because now I had to buy a new windshield and possibly an extended repair. After working with the team Moe Yousef, Finance Manager, Jassan Latif, General Manager, Roberto Alfaro, Service Director, and John Trehey they were able to replace the windshield with no hassle. Also should mention the convenient shuttle and friendly driver whose name I didn't get. Thanks for all your help! More
