We are grateful for the knowledge, patience, and professionalism Mark Higgs, of RBM Alpharetta showed me and my wife. Mark is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes vehicles, and displayed lots of patience with us as we went thru the decision making process. Bill Favini and the team at RBM of Alpharetta were incredible. We had a few obstacles to work through to get the purchase completed and the team went above and beyond to accomplish that. I had an Absolutely wonderful experience! I worked with Mark Higgs(Sales) and Roberto Manzur(Finance) on my first Mercedes Benz. They went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes and got me into my dream ride. Special shoutout to Mark, who was patient and took the time to let me test drive every car I thought about:-). He has no idea how much that meant to me. He was a pleasure to work with and able to answer every question I had. Very knowledgeable.
