Robin in the finance department was exceptional as well. Both were very nice and had us on the road in no time! After a few negative experiences in other dealerships the team at Mossy Toyota was a breath of fresh air. Alan wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us on a more expensive car. He worked within our budget and we are delighted with our purchase. I would highly recommend Mossy Toyota and Alan in particular to friends that were interested in buying a car. The whole experience was relaxed and Mossy Toyota will be the first stop on the list for purchasing a car in the future. More

Had bad experience at a different location that left me thinking all dealers might be the same. I was wrong cause Luis showed me a completely different experience & now this is my dealership for service & parts. He made me a deal that I just couldn’t pass up. Great price and truck, couldn't be happier. Robin made the financial stuff super easy & understandable. Showed me everything before signatures started flying. Very awesome people at this location. I am now a Toyota customer for life. Amazing customer service here hands down. Thank you everyone for the amazing experience and my brand new truck. More

Mossy Toyota doesn't represent the high toyota reputation I have been buying Toyota for years and returned to Mossy for my recent car purchase with sales associate Danny who is Amazing! However, the haggle pr I have been buying Toyota for years and returned to Mossy for my recent car purchase with sales associate Danny who is Amazing! However, the haggle process was brutal and I was insulted at the trade in offer, half of what Lexus offered me! The extended warranty that I purchased with Robin was misrepresented ! I was told I could cancel it 100% money back within 30 days. I specifically wrote a check out for the extended warranty as I did not want to finance it, 2 days later I canceled it , was told I would receive a refund in 30 days by the finance department in Mossy. Well after 30 days and no refund I find out that the claim to cancel was never submitted by Mossy. After many follow up calls on my behalf, Gina the customer service manager handled it.Bottom line , the bank I financed my car with gets the refund, Even after explaining the misrepresentation to the consumer that this refund would be in my hands because I paid check. I will never ever buy a car from Mossy! More

He was so kind and helpful, constantly trying to lower the price for me since I am a student about to graduate. He was understanding of my needs and when my mom and I were about to leave to think more about the offer he caught us right before we got out with an incredible deal. We closed with Robin which made the logistical stuff very bareable. These two guys were so friendly and cool I actually enjoyed the whole process! If you come to this dealership ask for Danny and Robin, I promise you won’t be disappointed! More
