2 words rod anderson--we were not sure what we wanted and we were never pushed. rod had great patience with us, he is more then pleasant-we would never hesitate to buy another product from him. we got a ford we were never pushed. rod had great patience with us, he is more then pleasant-we would never hesitate to buy another product from him. we got a ford truck, and he took time with us and never seemed to mind at all. he is always smiling and caring. i hope he is commended, because he really is the reason we stayed with toms ford. we have bought several vehicles there before, but this was the nicest experience. it is stressful to look for a new vehicle, but rod made it a pleasure. thanks doris and fred behr More

Our first interaction with Tom's Ford was with online sales rep Charlie, who started our experience on the right foot. With great communication and follow up, he connected us with Rod Anderson. Our on site visit with Rod was refreshingly comfortable, unlike several other dealers we had visited over the past few weeks/months. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Rod was real and didn't use any tired sales tactics, pressure, or lines. Rod made it possible to relax and he made what can often be a stressful process, an enjoyable process. He made the process easy. We love Ford vehicles and we left feeling that we stumbled upon a great dealership with a unique approach to customer care and relationships. We not only had a good experience, but enjoyed our conversations with Rod. He is terrific and we will absolutely recommend him to any of our friends or family memebers. Rod, Scott, and their teams went above and beyond to get us into our new car, finding the vehicle at another dealer, and waiting for us when we were stuck in Garden State Parkway traffic to get there after closing time on a Friday night to pick it up. To Whom It May Concern, I had an excellent experience with Rod Anderson at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. It was a relatively quick and painless experience. Rod was very professional and informative. He understood clearly what I wanted at the onset, and was able to locate the best deal for me. The MKX I selected was not available at the time, and had to be ordered. Rod kept me updated continuously, and provided as much info as was available along the way, so that my insurance could be ready once the MKX arrived at the dealer. He was always available for any questions I had, and responded promptly. Once my MKX arrived, and we scheduled my pick-up, I brought my kids with me. Rod was very friendly towards them and made them feel very comfortable. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire experience. I am sorry that I did not know about Tom's Ford/Lincoln when I got my first MKX in 2008 from Freehold Lincoln. I am now committed to Rod at Tom's for at least the next 3 years, and hopefully can continue with a Lincoln after that (just don't raise the price too much). Thanks, Leslie Winick More
