Tom's Ford is great. Our salesperson, Rod, was the best. Never any pressure to buy throughout the entire process. He listened to my needs and pointed out features that would be beneficial to me. When I informed him that I was looking at another make of car and was going to test drive it later in the week, he didn't try to pressure me at all. Rather, he said he would be waiting and willing to help if I came back to purchase a Ford. Throughout the entire process, Rod was very flexible to my needs and was very friendly throughout the entire process. We laughed, we talked, we had a great time buying a car. I'm glad to have found a dealer and salesperson I can go back to for great service. More
