I purchased a used Subaru Outback and the sales portion and finance portion were handled excellently. Logan and Grace were very good and very down to Earth. I am not a fan of sales tactics and will walk out on a deal if someone tries tactics. I did not experience this at all with Groove Subaru. These ladies were relatable, helpful and I felt had my best interest at heart. The vehicle I purchased had several issues on the drive home and had to be towed back. There were several days between that and the ultimate decision to abandon this deal and look into other vehicles. While I was not happy with the communication during this period and expressed that animatedly, I will say that the people that I spoke to kept their composure and professionalism, even at the height of my frustration. Though I am unhappy with the way the first vehicle performed and the communication back to me regarding the issues, ultimately, Groove helped me to find a vehicle that I am very satisficed with and put together a deal that worked to my ultimate goal. Logan helped me through the second vehicle and never once did I feel as I was an inconvenience even though she essentially had to sell me a second time. Stephen handled the financial part of the second transaction and was also very professional. I'm frustrated that the road was bumpy, but in the end, the goal was accomplished and the staff here stayed professional. More

I was very disappointed to find a $100 charge for alignment on my statement. I had a phone conversation with my service advisor, Ron who said because of the damage the vehicle could not be aligned. alignment on my statement. The right front tire leaned under the frame at the top and completely outside the body at the bottom. I think Ron is a top notch service advisor. I remember telling him we were new to Denver andI didn’t mind paying more for service to a dealer. We wanted someone to keep our car in good shape. Never did I expect to be overcharged or charged for a service clearly uncalled for considering the vehicle. I ask that you reverse the charge and issue a credit to my credit card. More

Following Subaru's recommended service, took the car in for 60,000 mile service which included changing the fluid in the differentials. Upon completion, drove the car less than 2500 miles and the rear diff for 60,000 mile service which included changing the fluid in the differentials. Upon completion, drove the car less than 2500 miles and the rear differential suffered a catastrophic failure. Ron said the drain plug was damaged causing the failure. No external damage to the differential housing. Not even sure how that happens. Indicated that there was nothing he could do about it. Gave me the phone number for Sunaru of America and promised if they called him he would do everything he could to help me out. Contacted Subaru of America and after speaking with Ron, declined the claim. Have photo of drain plug and kept the differential and drain plug. If damage to the drain plug occurred it most likely would have occurred when the differential imploded. Less than 2500 miles after service and no help from Groove Subaru or Subaru of America. Subaru of America did offer a "one time goodwill gesture" of an $850 coupon for future service. Really?? More
