We made our appointment with George, the internet manager, who was very helpful over the phone. We then met Michael, who was so patient and informative as he showed us our options. Later, sealed the deal with Rick, who was amazing with helping us make an thoroughly thought out decision. They've certainly made return customers out of this family. Two thumbs up! More

This dealer would not refund the service contract of $3,909 that was in effect for 17 days after my sister’s husband died and she returned Ford Explorer. Told loan amount less KC Auction price for a new 2017 Ford Explorer, She had to pay them $7,830.80 to drive a car less than 100 miles with no refund on service contract or the pro pack they added to interest free loan.
