Metro Ford took the frustration out of buying a car. I want to thank our used car salesman for really listening to the details of what I said we wanted. He quickly identified having two cars on his lot I want to thank our used car salesman for really listening to the details of what I said we wanted. He quickly identified having two cars on his lot that had the options and price I requested. He said he had a third car but it was $150.00 over the price I gave him as a max. He didn't want me to think he was being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the options on the vehicles and even assisted on some of the programming. After getting the car home I called back about an issue I found and had the full support of management and the service department to take care of the problem. A big thank you. More

Great experience from Wyoming We are from Wyoming and were looking for a new van for our church. I looked all over the Internet and found what we were lookin for at Metro for the best price, but it was in Kansas City and we were not. My wife has family in Burlingame, KS and we were going to be close for a graduation so we thought we would check out the van. When we walked in Garrett greated us and showed us the van with no pressure. We really wanted to seal the deal but didn't have much time and he helped make it happen by closing. The van runs like expected (great) and it was an excellent experience. Thank you Metro and thank you Garrett! More
