I purchased a pre-paid oil change package some time ago. When I went int the dealership to have the service done, I was told that the agreement I had purchased had "expired". No refund, no sorry you got duped - nothing. I had to pay for the service. I accused them of theft - no reaction. I am considering going to small claims court for the $75. I view such behavior as falling under the criminal code definition of theft by unlawful taking! More

My truck was brought into the service center; the main one being the transmission. Understandably the 3 weeks it was in the service center was because of an extended warranty provider. However, the water leak coming through the passenger sun visor arm was mis-diagnosed and the leak is clearly visible from the sunroof seal. I was charged for replacing something else. That leak was part of the $4,000 that I paid personally. The second issue was covered under the extended warranty and that problem was not solved. It involves the radio/console changing displays without action taken by the driver. This is an intermittent problem that seems to occur mostly while using the navigation system. It switches to one of the SiriusXM displays. Manually switching back to the navigation system will work for 10 to 30 seconds and then it switches back to the SiriusXM display. Sometimes the same SiriusXM display pops up on the smaller driver’s display. I intend to bring the truck back to get these problems resolved, but I live/work 90 miles away and leaving it for several days requires alternate transportation . More
