Initially contacted quickly and personally by Roy Patterson after doing some online research. When my wife and I went into the dealership Corey McGhan was very helpful in explaining the model we were looking at and reviewing features and trim levels. Had such a great experience didn't end up shopping around and closed on the deal the same day even though we were anticipating on needing a couple days to close. Matt was great with working up the numbers and paperwork and everyone involved stayed over a few minutes after closing to allow us to save a return trip. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back for our next purchase. More

Best price and wonderful customer service! I have to say that I had been always suspicious about car dealers and have been very cautious every time I had to deal with them, however my recent pu I have to say that I had been always suspicious about car dealers and have been very cautious every time I had to deal with them, however my recent purchase experience at Garber totally changed my minds! First of all, Rick Damico offered me a price that beat any other quotes I got from other dealers, on my first phone call with him! We made agreement on the final price and details within two hours over phone and emails, without me even showing up in their office! For the first time, I feel dealing with a dealer can be so simple, efficient and satisfactory but not painful! BUT you have to find the right dealer! Then I was scheduled for a time on the following day to review and sign the paperwork, and that is how we met Roy Patterson. Roy was extremely patient and helpful to us -- even though it was a very busy day (12/30), he spent great amount and quality of time with us to answer our questions and to review the car features/functions with us, making sure that our needs were completely met to our satisfaction. During the paperwork process, Rick visited us a couple of times to chat with us and also greatly entertain my 5-year-old daughter with two great toy gifts -- again they treated you with respect and care and made great efforts to make you feel comfortable and satisfactory. During our finance preparation process, we got help from Matt Tyler who obviously holds the same standards as his other colleagues -- professional, patient and warm-hearted. After several hours, we left Garber with a brand new Odyssey, and great satisfaction of customer service. Great thanks to you, Rick and Roy, for your great job on our purchase. Because of you guys, I will definitely come back to Garber for my future purchase(s) of Honda vehicles, and will also strongly recommend Garber to anyone else! More

Ended up with a Ridgeline after a test drive with Roy and learning some important and impressive things about the truck. This is the third Honda we've purchased through Roy. He's knowledgeable about the entire product line and extremely helpful, amazingly patient, and zero pressure.. He's responsive to email and returns calls. Andy Paris obtained an awesome financing rate through a local credit union. Andy Lahti was quick and fair in valuing my trade-in. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. Since hearing about Roy and leasing my daughter's first Honda with Holtz about eight years ago I've been returning to him and will continue to do so even though there are at least three closer Honda dealerships. As much as I love Hondas, if Roy were selling another brand he'd still be the first salesperson I'd call if I were looking for another vehicle - that's how good he is. More
