**READ MY REVIEW** Let me start with I have leased 3 Grand Cherokee's from Bettenhausen, 2017, 2020 & still have my 2024. On Tuesday 3/31/26 I was on a chat with Bettenhausen, now I do understand this w Grand Cherokee's from Bettenhausen, 2017, 2020 & still have my 2024. On Tuesday 3/31/26 I was on a chat with Bettenhausen, now I do understand this was probably a computer generated person. I inquired about terminating my lease early? They were glad to help, asked for my finance company, my VIN number, I supplied both. I was told in text that they would be happy to purchase my vehicle & even pay me $2,677 for my equity. I was thrilled, I was told the purchase price was valid through end of day tomorrow. I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3:30pm. I arrived on time, met with Ryan, in a few short minutes I was informed their offer would be approximately $8,000 less than my payoff, not the $2,677 I was promised in writing! Bad bad business Mr. Bettenhausen, computer or not you should not allow someone or something represent your company & give out false information. Nice ole Bait & switch. No longer a Bettenhausen customer! More
