Excellent Dealer & Customer Service We just purchased our first vehicle from Elkins Chevrolet. We loved how they treated us and we ended up buying a new Tahoe from Russell even though we We just purchased our first vehicle from Elkins Chevrolet. We loved how they treated us and we ended up buying a new Tahoe from Russell even though we had found a deal elsewhere for a few dollars less. A few months later, in July we decided to come back and ended up leasing a new Equinox for me. We really appreciate the excellent customer service at Elkins Chevrolet. More

No games, no hidden fees, just a good honest fair deal. I was constantly waiting for a gimic or the figures to change but they did not. Elkin's was very upfront and honest. No surprises!!! Great Experience - Highly Recommend My husband did extensive research into what car we wanted and what a fair price would be. When the right certified pre-owned vehicle popped up on Elki My husband did extensive research into what car we wanted and what a fair price would be. When the right certified pre-owned vehicle popped up on Elkin's website, he knew it was what he wanted. He asked for monthly payment numbers which were provided via e-mail within an hour of his talk with the online sales rep. We came into the dealership a day later and everything we were told was exactly what we expected - no surprises. We worked with Russ on the sale, Bob on the finance/warranty piece, and Michael helped us get set up and showed us how all the features of our new vehicle worked. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced and I would definitely recommend Elkins and everyone we worked with. Never felt pressured, and got all our questions answered - everything was straightforward and made simple for us. More
