Not your usual car buying experience It's been several years since we purchased a car from a dealership and after visiting a few our experience with Elkins was by far the best. Very prof It's been several years since we purchased a car from a dealership and after visiting a few our experience with Elkins was by far the best. Very professional and not the usual "car salesman" feel. Sales rep was courteous and although he couldn't originally make the deal and had to get his manager involved, the manager was also respectful and courteous when explaining their pricing etc. When we went back to purchase the process took a little longer than we were expecting but again, the dealership in general was friendly and clean and they always offered water while waiting. More

"Abundance of Professional Courtesy" I visited this dealership with the intent of browsing to research the different models of cars on display. However, after spending time with the sale I visited this dealership with the intent of browsing to research the different models of cars on display. However, after spending time with the sale consultant, Russell Stamm, I was convinced that it was time to purchase a car. Mike Bilbow was also extremely helpful in explaining the various controls inside the car that I purchased. More
