Karrie was absolutely wonderful! She was very prompt with replying to emails, and once we were in person, she was very professional, helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the who She was very prompt with replying to emails, and once we were in person, she was very professional, helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. She did a fabulous job explaining all the features and controls of the car, which we have not gotten at other companies. We appreciate Karrie and Ryan's efforts to find a price that we were happy with, and though the Paramount location was very impressive with the many options and facilities they offer. 10/10 would recommend.
