Initially I was in the market to trade my 21 year old car in for a new one. Buck listened carefully and suggested a few things. He took my concerns into consideration and made appropriate suggestions. He was patient while I test drove several cars. Before making a decision on a new purchase I requested to see the 2012 and 2011 used options. In very short order I found exactly what I wanted. When we discussed price there was some negotiation and Buck was very professional about it. I had alot of questions and he made sure to answer them all. In the end I feel I got an excellent price on my car. Bruce Moss in finance was equally professional and easy to deal with. He carefully answered all questions and was very patient and pleasant. The manager, Ryan Martin was also very helpful by ensuring that my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with all aspects of the experience of purchasing my car. I am very happy with my car choice and the entire experience with Buck, Ryan and Bruce. I did not tell them until we had sealed the deal that I had been at another Nissan dealership earlier that day and walked away from an unpleasant experience. What a contrast at Newton Nissan. Awesome dealership to work with. They go out of their way to make sure you get the car you want at the best price in the area. I called Nashville Nissan, Rivergate Nissan, Crest Honda and Action Nissan to co to make sure you get the car you want at the best price in the area. I called Nashville Nissan, Rivergate Nissan, Crest Honda and Action Nissan to compare the prices for several similar 2010-2011 Sentras. Not only did we get a 2011 Certified Sentra with low miles, it is an SR edition which has bluetooth and all the features of an upgraded vehicle. WE LOVE IT! The guys at Newton Nissan gave us an AMAZING deal on this vehicle and really worked hard, even through several trials with Capital One to make this happen. Caleb and Josh Street are such great salespeople to work with and Ryan Martin (sales manager) approved an awesome price for us to get into this vehicle. Of course we couldn't have made all of this happen without Rob King (Finance Director) who also got us a bumper to bumper warranty for the next 7yrs/100k miles and Bruce Moss who helped us through a bump in the road with Capital one. If you are buying new or used, don't waste your time (which you will waste a lot at the other dealers trust me, we did), just go straight to Newton Nissan. My wife and I were in the market for a gently used Pathfinder LE. We found a great deal on Newton Nissan's website for a 2011 Pathfinder LE for $28,900($3,000 under Kelley Blue Book value). So we made the long drive from Murfreesboro, TN to Gallatin in hopes of purchasing this vehicle. However, it had been sold by the time we got there. That is where Frank came in and saved the day! He was able to find us a brand new 2012 Pathfinder Silver that had everything my wife wanted and more. Frank then worked with Ryan to negotiate a fair price for the new SUV and gave us a very fair price for our trade. To top it off they were able to beat my pre-approved finance rate from Ascend Federal Credit Union (3.4%)! We ended up getting a wonderful deal and a great interest rate(2.3%) through Newton. I can't thank Frank and Rob enough for their professionalism through the entire process. They all stayed late after closing hours to get the deal done! I would recommend these guys to my closest friends and family if they are in the market for a used or new car. They are worth the drive and time it takes to get to them without a doubt. If you are looking for a vehicle and want a dealership that will not pressure you, then Newton is the place for you, A+ rating! I will back to Newton Nissan when my Honda dies!! More

Don't know how to start really. My wife and I had both of our cars break down, that left us with no transportation to shop for a new car. Caleb & I spoke on several times, keeping me informed of the inventory. When we thought we had one that sounded good they sent a driver to pick us up at our home. They treated us like royalty. Very Friendly staff, a pot of fresh hot coffee made us feel like we were at home. I was amazed at the amount of inventory to choose from. We were shown several cars, they were very honest, we looked and carfax reports and service records, nothing was hidden. They worked with us until we were satisfied and happy with the final deal. These folks are like stepping back 50 years to the way service and customer satisfaction are priority in the way to do business. While we waited to see the finance manager we had free coffee and looked at the beautiful new cars in the show room floor. We even sat in the new Murano convertible took photos on our cell phone and sent them to our children trying to make them believe we had lost our good sense. We just had a lot of fun. No pressures, just people wanting us to enjoy our experience of their business. Thank you Newton Nissan for an enjoyable time. In the future I will make sure to look here first. He came and spoke with us the day after the purchase when we brought the car in for a couple of things in the service department (good experience as well) and has made a follow up phone call. Joey is a overall great sales person. If he can sell my husband a car he is good. We also worked with Ryan Martin. He was very pleasant as well. He did all he could to get us at a payment that we could be satisfied with. Then on to Bruce in finance. He was very professional as well. So it seems like you have a good team working for you.
