DURING MY RECENT VISIT YOUR DEALERSHIP,MR GEORGE PAULUS INTRODRUCED ME MR. SAGER ROMMAN. HE REALLY IS VERY GREAT, PLEASANT PERSONALITY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEBLE IN HIS JOB.AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR, 2-3 DAYS SOME INTRODRUCED ME MR. SAGER ROMMAN. I was greeted at the door by a very professional looking gentleman who introduced himself and asked how he could help. Upon stating that I was there to look at a new accord, he promptly took me to the mode gentleman who introduced himself and asked how he could help. Upon stating that I was there to look at a new accord, he promptly took me to the model. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the changes in the new body type and the differences in the models. He allowed me time to just browse, but was available when I was ready to talk about my leasing options. Everyone who walked passed me smiled and said hello. I never felt pressured or swayed to make a prompt decision. Sager told me about the dealership and seemed very proud to be part of their team. I was treated kindly and professionally by the finance department as well. I was extremely satisfied with this experience. I drove out of the dealership with a new Accord within 3 hours of walking in to look at one. It was probably the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. More

My experience with Sager and Shawn was excellent! I have never purchased a car before and have always been nervous to do so. Sager and Shawn were respectful and recognized that although my husband was with never purchased a car before and have always been nervous to do so. Sager and Shawn were respectful and recognized that although my husband was with me, we were purchasing the car for me, and they addressed me and my needs and concerns. Other dealers we went to spoke directly to my husband and didn't even make eye contact with me! This team is very professional and cares about pleasing the customer. No pressure to buy anything and I left very happy. And with a beautiful new car :) More

I bought a new 2012 Civic from Honda of Lisle. The sales person, Sager Abu Romman, was helpful, professional, and never pushy. I was met with respect and courteousness when I entered the dealership. The process was fast and efficient and it was clear that each individual knew their job well. Mark, the manager, has done a nice jo the dealership. The process was fast and efficient and it was clear that each individual knew their job well. Mark, the manager, has done a nice job in professional development of his staff. Brad , the gentleman in finance was efficient and personable. Most of my time was spent with Sager who was tremendous. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the features of the car, make sure I understood the maintenance agreement, and help me feel I was making a good decision for my family. If I ever need another car I will go to Honda Superstore in Lisle. (the only thing I felt was a bit weird was ringing the gong-I am sure some people get excited about it-but it was not my thing :)). I went to the the Honda Superstore of Lisle with a set car and price in mind. I've done my research in the category of cars I was looking for and concluded that Honda would be my top pick (sales service car and price in mind. I've done my research in the category of cars I was looking for and concluded that Honda would be my top pick (sales service and price pending). I had several other options available, but there was no need. Sager greeted me immediately at the door and within minutes I was test driving the exact model I was looking for (2012 Honda Civic LX Polished Metal exterior). When it came time to talk pricing, Sager wasted no time in meeting my target price. Not only did he get me the exact car I was looking for at the price I wanted, he followed me to drop of my rental car and shuttled me back to the dealership to pick up my car. This was above and beyond in my book. I've purchased several different makes of cars from dealers (good and bad) and Honda of Lisle made the best look poor by comparison. The showroom and guest services area is exemplary and Sager personified customer service, in my opinion. I will be recommending Honda of Lisle, and Sager in particular, to all my acquaintances in the future. More
