I was introduced to Sager Abu-Romman when I visited the store. Sager is not your typical salesman, I really got the feeling that he is a nice, kind person. I never felt pressured or that I was pushed in a direction I didn't want to go. He is fair even tempered and friendly. At times I know I can be overbearing when negotiating a deal but he was unflappable. I got a fantastic deal on a 2012 Accord EX-L and they gave me a very, very fair price for my trade in.
